COVID-19 Update
We are very aware of the need to keep our patients safe and therefore Neil will treat you wearing a range of PPE which includes a high-grade face mask and visor along with disposable nitrile gloves.
We are requesting that you also wear a mask when you enter The Centre as we both need to be aware of each other’s wellbeing.
When you arrive for your appointment you may find the door locked. This is because we are allowing 10 minutes between appointments to enable us to to clean the treatment couch, pillows and various surfaces and ensure the treatment space is safe for you. Neil will check your temperature with a contactless thermometer before you enter the building. This is because one of the early Covid symptoms is a raised body temperature. Upon entering you will be asked to use an alcoholic hand sanitising gel from an automatic dispenser to sanitise your hands.
In order to minimise the surfaces that may be touched the reception area and toilet facilities are not currently in use. Please arrive just a few minutes before your appointment to avoid waiting outside for too long. Neil will greet you at the front door as soon as he is ready for you. We are currently asking all patients to attend the appointment alone, unless assistance is required when accessing the building. You will be asked to pay for your appointment over the telephone in order to reduce close contact as much as possible.
The good news is that once you get in the treatment room it’s just the same as always.
